How do I get a price for my shipment?

Request a quote with your origin, destination, rough weight and what you are sending. A member of the team reviews it and comes back with suitable options. We do not publish an instant online rate calculator, because a freight price that ignores the cargo, the route and the paperwork is not a real price.

Do I need an account to request a quote or book?

Accepted Answer

No. You can request a quote and submit booking enquiries directly without creating an account. All confirmations, reference numbers, and freight documentation are delivered directly to you via email.

What is the difference between air and sea freight for my cargo?

Accepted Answer

Air is measured in days and priced on chargeable weight, so it suits urgent, compact or high-value consignments. Sea is measured in weeks and priced on container space, so it suits volume and weight. If both are viable for your shipment we will quote both and explain the trade-off rather than choosing for you.

Can you collect from my address?

Yes. Door collection across mainland UK is an optional add-on to any air or sea booking. Add it when you book, or tell us later and we will price it in.

What cannot be shipped?

Accepted Answer

Prohibited and restricted goods vary by carrier and destination. Hazardous goods, certain batteries, liquids, perishables and controlled items all have specific requirements — some can be moved with the right documentation, others cannot be moved at all. Declare what you are sending accurately and we will tell you where it stands before anything is booked.

How do I know the shipment is insured?

Carrier liability is limited by convention and is not the same thing as insurance. Tell us the declared value of your cargo when you request a quote and we will set out what cover is available for that consignment.
